Try it on a Bluetooth phone to limit possibilities. Still, even with the battery off, I assume it should give out some audio when you connected it via cable, just not at a high volume level. Maybe the Bluetooth of your phone or another device is overlapping with the laptop or the Roker Sound Cube, or the Roker Sound Cube's rechargeable battery has a problem. Is Bluetooth working properly on your laptop, is there a Bluetooth connection in the Networking Control Panel or in a special Bluetooth connectivity app? If it says "ready to pair" but does not actually pair with your laptop, it looks like a Bluetooth connection issue. Do I need another driver or something else? Thanks for any replies. It does cut off the speakers on the computer but no sound out of the cube. I have tried with the cord that plugs into the headphone jack and still no sound. I get the message that the device is "ready to pair" but nothing happens. ![]() I got roker sound cube to be an additional speaker for my Dell laptop.
